IMPORTANT AUTHORISATION AND ACCEPTANCE Notice period I understand that verbal communication of notice period is not accepted I accept to give 30 days Notice period in advance and in writing by email to awesomespaces666@gmail.com and will inform the same on whats app to 8148658686 and not verbally I authorize ALS / Land owner to deduct 30 notice period amount from my deposit and I will not negotiate this further after checkin, I accept to give proper written communication of the notice period during vacating my bed. I accept that new customer marketing can began for my bed as I give notice period and my bed availability is subject to the sole discretion of ALS policies and charges of the package. Financial Stability Declaration I declare that I am financially abundant to pay my package charges and will not site reasons for delay stating either my parents has to pay / company has to pay / any other reasons of delay to pay my monthly package and other payments (in case of non payment of any charges then ALS can allot my bed immediately without my permission to new customer if I delay in payment of monthly package/ Electricity charges. Timely Payment Acceptance before 5th of every month It is my sole responsibility to pay monthly package charges on time (without reminder), Electricity dues on time damages on time as and when a demand is raised Damage charges acceptance (if any) I authorise ALS to raise demand for damages to any equipment provided in the common usage area of the flat and my room whether I use it or not, such damages will be paid by me immediately or along with late fee for each demand item (in case / do not pay an pending charges) then I authorise ALS can deduct the same from my deposit and I will not make any of my parents or anyone to call and negotiate on this matter as the usage of the items may be by me or other inmates who stay with me (however to satisfy myself before check in I have physically checked the working condition and damage free equipment condition of all items not specifically mentioned herein and then I have accepted this terms (which means the items provided in my room,/ kitchen and other common area are not damaged as on date and are in good working conditions) Bed Vacating and charges acceptance I authorize ALS to charge my stay period till the last date of the below mentioned event which ever event is later (I understand that till the date of any of the event as mentioned below my monthly package will be ongoing) 1. Up to Notice period of 30 days 2. Physical handover of keys and signing of key register with the Housekeeping. 3. Vacating my bed 4. Vacating my luggage 5. Email of vacating the property to awesomespaces666@gmail.com after keys handover and luggage vacating. Non working of Equipment and Service not provided I accept that I will not deduct any amount from my monthly package due to faulty / repair of any equipment or service not provided during my stay as I understand these things may happen and will work with Als to sort out the matters and not take up any matter in my hands. Electricity calculation Acceptance I have understood the calculation of electricity charges will be levied for my room, common Flat and common area and since no maintenance is being charged by ALS, I have understood the method of electricity calculation and I accept the same and I have asked the sample calculation explanation with the Als staff and got clarified with the method of calculation. Visitor Policy I authorise ALS to deduct per day charges of stay by my visitors including fines if any from my deposit amount, when I entertain visitor without authorised approval from ALS and I confirm of understanding the visitors policy of ALS. I accept to call visitors as per the charges and terms of ALS and I have understood the policies of ALS completely. Delay charges in payments I accept to pay the delay charges FOR MY MONTHLY PACAKGE and electricity charges/ damages incase of any delayed payment from my side as per the policy of ALS from time to time Refund of my Deposit I accept ALS refund policies and I authorise that ALS can deduct any pending charges on monthly package, Electricity visitors stay, damages, any other charges from my deposit amount and their will be final and binding on me and I will not dispute the same decision, Incase of any disputes all the legal fees, Advocate and court fees and or Arbitration charges will be borne by me Refund Policy I authorise and accept ALS that my refunds may take 15 to 18 business working days for my refund of deposit as there is electricity charges calculation when I vacate ( government bill cycle is involved in the process) damage verification process, previous payment verification process of monthly package and electricity charges to be verified and late fee if any to be deducted from my deposits and I will patiently wait for the same Exit procedures and Exit Form 1. Filling exit form on the day of notice period. 2. Filling exit form on the day of vacating the property. I accept that I will declare the exit form procedures and give true transparency on the equipment status and I accept that refund procedures will take place after I submit the exit forms fully filled along with vacating my bed and handing over the keys and signing the key register with the housekeeping person Notice period Revoke Procedures and excess stay I accept that notice period charges of Rs. 250 are payable if I revoke my notice period and extend my stay in the same package charges and it is subject to availability of the bed (provided it is not allocated by ALS to other customers) and I will not force my stay beyond notice period as I understand the marketing efforts of ALS may get effected in the background and any forceful overstay can be charged on per day basis or fine basis as per the policy of ALS stay package(as mentioned in the term sheet) as my package will be terminated on completion of my notice period and I accept all the terms and conditions of ALS.
